I don't know why folks are hesitant to drive in Europe. Roads are in most ways superior to the US and the drivers, while a bit more wild, are better (at least more courteous). Here are a couple of travel pics.
Behind the wheel of my new car. Didn't expect it but we rented a really nice car. Large by European standards but smaller than mine at home.
We mentioned Jeeves, our GPS, took us via the scenic route…saw (and in some cases drove through) some beautiful French towns.
Although we did find a few "Federal Way's" of France along the way...
