Pintxos

OK here's the thing.  The pintxos are great (I learned quickly to NOT call them tapas).  The only issue is you've got to get there early (like 1 for lunch or 7 for dinner) cause if you don't the only places worth going are so jammed you can't get into them.  I mean flowing out 50 feet into the streets jammed.  You only want to order one or two pintxos in each bar - but each take about 20 minutes (with a drink) so the best you're going to do is 4 or 5 bars in a night.  Because we were late to lunch today we ended up just going to a bakery and a fruit stand and putting together a picnic.
