View from our Balcony toward Piazza Maggorie

I swear half of this country is being repaired and the other half is in need of serious repair.  This is the view from our balcony in Bologna.   Notice the scaffolding on the building across the street.  Every where we go in Italy they are working on stuff.  Some of it looks like they’ve been working on it for hundreds of years – but they are working on it.  We were up on the fourth floor of the Hotel Roma.  A decent enough place with friendly staff in an otherwise somewhat impersonal big city.
