The little mistakes

Go to this website Trattoria del Moro and look up the “nidi” (pronounced needee).  Wasn’t what I thought I was ordering but man it was good.  Like most of my life I find it’s these little mistakes that have the silver linings.

I haven’t looked at all the recipes on this site (or really any of them) but the food here was fabulous (to use Gerry B’s phrase).  I had the Nidi and Fran the Carbonara (which was made with fresh thick short pasta and chingale).  Only a month to try it all.

Oh and here the tables seem to be littered with white wine – go figure.
